Description

ANSPOLY DSP-9800 is a highly effective patented shyntetic polymer based sludge dispersant and conditioner for internal boiler water treatment. Especially to inhibit sludge accumulation, maintaining the heating surface clean for maximum boiler efficiency which contributes to saving energy and operation cost. Most effective for dispesion of iron oxide sludges. Optimum internal boiler water treatment aid for system using condensate recovery as make up water. Applicable systems a low to medium operation pressure. Optimal internal boiler treatment for system utilizing softener water as make up.

Application Method

  • ANSPOLY DSP – 9800 should be used together with boiler compound and oxygen scavenger for internalboiler water treatment
  • Feeding : feed continuously and proportionally into the feed water line or directly into the boiler drum by using a chemical injection pump. Can be mixed together with boiler compounds, but conduct table test for mixture ratio determination. Upon dilution needs, should be diluted with feed water or condensate.
  • Dosage : generaly, to maintain more than 100 ppmin boiler water. However will vary depending upon system characteristics, operation condition and water qualities. High concentration treatment is recommended for dispersion and removal of existing accumulated sludge.

Handling and storage

  • For boiler water treatment water treatment use only
  • Do not take internally
  • Avoid direct contact. Do not get in eyes, mouth, nose, on skin, or on clothing. Wear chemical protectors when handling (example : gloves, face shield, etc.) In case of direct contact, wash affected area thoroughly with clean water.
  • Store in a cool, dark and dry area. Keep the package tightly closed when not in use.
  • Do not use empty containers for drinking water supplies.

OXYCOOR NH – 4910

OXYGEN SCAVENGER

Description

Oxycoor NH-4910 is a highly effective hydrazine based oxygen scavenger for use in boiler system. Widely applicable to major boiler system operated at various pressure and condition. uniquely blended with special catalyst, which will acceleate the reduction reaction with dissolved oxygen. Maximum boiler protection can be ensured against corrosion caused by residual dissolved oxygen contained in boiler feed water.

Features

  • Accelerated elimination speed of dissolved oxygen from feed water and boiler water, when compared to conventional oxygen scavengers.
  • Highly effective to provent corrosion in boiler and feed water lines.
  • Maximum protection against pitting corrosion.
  • Does not generate or increase dissolved solids concentration within boiler water.
  • Effective to prevent corrosion of deaerator, when fed before deaerator.

Application Method

  • Feeding : With or wthout dillution, feed continously and proportionally into the feed water line by using a chemical injection pump. Should be diluted by feed water upon dilution needs.
  • Dosage : Will vary depending upon feed water temperatur, system characteristic and target within system

Handling and Storage

  • For boiler water treatment use only.
  • Do not take internally or inhale vapor.
  • Avoid direct contact. Do not get in eyes, on skin, or on clothing. When handling, wear general chemical protectors (example : rubber gloves, apron, mask, face shield, etc.) In case of direct contact, immediately wash affected area thoroughly with clean tap water. Remove and wash contaminated clothing throughly before reuse.
  • Store OXYCOOR NH-4910 in a cool, and dark plece. Keep container tightly closed when not in use
  • Do not use empty containers for drinking water supplies.

Petunjuk Penggunaan

  1. Ditambahkan bakteri BIO-ENZIMA, air limbah, dan air baku pada bak proses dengan komposisi 1 : 30 : 69
  2. Dilakukan proses inkubasi berjalan pastikan tidak ada air limbah atau kontaminan yang masuk ke dalam bak proses
  3. Setelah proses inkubasu selesai, input air limbah dibuka dan proses pengolahan sudah bisa dijalankan dengan normal
  4. Selama proses pengolahan berjalan, ditambahkan bakteri sebanyak 1 ppm setiap 1x 24 jam

Penanganan & Penyimpangan

  • Gunakan alat perlindungan diri sesuai standar pada saat menuangkan BIO-ENZIMA
  • Simpan dalam ruangan yang sejuk pada suhu sekitar 15 C – 30 C dengan system aliran udara ventilasi yang baik
  • Setelah segel/tutup dibuka, segera habiskan isi dalam wadah tanpa ada sisa
  • Dalam kondisi segel tertutup bakteri dalam kondisi aktif selama +6 bulan. Setelah itu, bakteri menjadi tidak aktif.
